Introducing a case study of the stainless steel motor that has received feedback on improvements in hygiene and work efficiency.

The drive motor section of the crusher (Power Mill) used by the customer was an exposed painted iron motor. Additionally, the uneven surfaces of the motor section were causing the accumulation of contaminants and paint peeling, making it difficult to clean. The stainless steel motor "Sasumo" has been adopted for freezer devices that freeze food and ingredients. By repeatedly cleaning inside the freezer device, there were two issues: "peeling of paint and rust occurrence and peeling of iron motors" and "occurrence and peeling of white rust (powder) in aluminum motors." Therefore, we introduced our product to solve these issues.
